Most owners are working with a headshot from a few years back and a phone video they never watched again. It is not for lack of trying. Good production is usually the thing that gets pushed to next quarter.
Booking a photographer and a videographer separately means two days, two rates, and a lot of coordinating. This puts the crew, the gear, and the interview in one room on one day.
