To enter without submitting a recommendation or making any purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime phone number, and the name of the giveaway to: Top Recommends Giveaway Entry, Wallace Consulting LLC, Sarasota, Florida. One entry per postcard, each mailed separately, postmarked within the entry period. Mail-in entries receive the same weight as any other single entry.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of the sponsor and their immediate households are not eligible.
4. Entry periods
Each giveaway has a stated start and end date shown on its listing page. Entries must be received within that window.
5. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
6. Prizes
Prize descriptions, approximate retail values, and contributing businesses are stated on each giveaway listing page and are incorporated into these rules by reference. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash equivalent, and substitution of a prize of equal or greater value may be made at the sponsor discretion.
7. Winner selection and notification
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Winners are notified by email or phone using the contact details on the entry and must respond within seven days or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release where permitted by law.

9. Prize value and state registration
Total announced prize value for each giveaway is kept under $5,000. Florida requires registration and bonding with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for promotions offering prizes with a total announced value of $5,000 or more. No giveaway will open at or above that threshold unless that registration and bond are in place first.
10. General conditions
By entering you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the sponsor, which are final. The sponsor may cancel or modify a giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity.
