Information we collect

We collect the information you enter into our forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, and anything you write in a recommendation or nomination. We also collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, and general location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, confirm event and session details, send launch and community updates, and improve the site. If you reserve a paid session, we use your details to schedule and deliver that session.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email and SMS

Email consent and SMS consent are collected separately. SMS is always optional and never required to submit a form or complete a purchase. You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to any text message.

Payments

Paid sessions are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never collect or store card numbers on this site. Stripe's handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies and may collect device and usage data. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our analytics provider, and Stripe for payments. Production partners receive only what they need to deliver your session.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions for as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
